exceptionally clean bathroom, close to Plains of Abraham, easy access to Saint Hubert restaurant
The air conditioning system was unbearably loud, disturbing sleep multiple times!!! Low lighting in the room made it feel cramped and uninviting. The pool was packed with kids, making relaxation impossible!!! The self-serve coffee station was out of order.

My stay at Chateau Laurier was delightful! The location is perfect for exploring Old Quebec, with clean rooms and friendly staff. Although elevator wait times were a bit long, the charm of the hotel made up for it.

We had a fantastic time visiting the outdoor ice skating rink at Place d'Youville. Skating surrounded by the beautiful fortification wall was a magical experience for the kids. The hotel’s location made it super convenient for us to explore nearby attractions and enjoy tasty meals.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby. It would be great to have a menu that caters to their tastes without having to venture far from the hotel.

The location is spot on, just steps from the best bistros and eateries. Plus, I took a long soak in that massive tub after a long day, felt like a king! !
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly, worth every penny.

missingWrote a review on Sept 02excellent air conditioningcomfortable staypoor coffeeuncomfortable pillows
The hotel has an ideal location near the Plains of Abraham, just outside the Citadel, making it easy to explore Old Quebec. The room felt spacious and clean, with excellent air conditioning. I loved how quiet it was despite the lively surroundings. Staff were friendly and attentive, which made my stay comfortable. However, I had issues with the wifi connection and the room’s position near the elevator was loud at times. The pillows weren’t very comfortable either. While the amenities were good, I expected better room service options for a four-star hotel. Would have liked more dining choices available in-room instead of just limited options for pickup.
